Your jeans may be Armani but they're still made of cotton

It's estimated that it would cost $6 billion to provide basic education to everyone on the planet. Sounds like a fair bit of money to me. Meanwhile, the fast food industry is worth... $240 billion. Can we re-think our priorities?
